Taught in the hot room at 105  degrees and 40 % humidity, the class includes intervals of power yoga complemented with intense longer held stretching. The perfect combination to strengthen and open the body to create deep flexibility without sacrificing the more intense cardio/power sequencing. Shavasana will never be the same!
