Yoga is beneficial to kids in many ways. Children encounter emotional, social, and physical challenges or conflicts and teaching them a yoga practice can help improve their overall health. Kids can learn breathing techniques, behavioral guidelines, and physical postures that will be incredibly valuable for them. Yoga is something children can practice anywhere and what they learn will surely help in how they react to their environment. Kids yoga instills how to use breathing tools , find concentration, keep active with poses, and ultimately will allow peace and calm when faced with conflict and lead to self discovery.

Kids Yoga

Sundays at 10am


Yoga classes are extremely imaginative and creatively introduce all age-appropriate poses and activities. Classes incorporate easily understood explanations of breathing techniques, yoga poses and focus and concentration exercises all while maintaining a fun and playful environment. Classes end with time for mini-yogis to lie down, and relax. 60 minutes.

Partner with your toddler in simple animated poses and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly, while we take a yoga journey that your child will never forget! This fun class provides key bonding methods between parent/c aregiver and child, while strengthening their growing muscles. Class is 60 minutes.
