Nicole Stumpf

Nicole has been a yoga practitioner for over 15 years. Her deep love and gratitude towards the practice led her to become a 200HR Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. She has trained with some of the most recognized teachers in Ashtanga which includes David Swenson, Kino McGregor & David Robson. She uses her practice and her teaching as a way to learn every day. Her goal as the owner of Just Breathe Yoga is to spread her passion to all those who are looking to balance body mind and soul.

AudreyRose Luciano

Audreyrose has been practicing yoga for several years and teaching for almost half of them. She has also been practicing acro & contact yoga for almost a year ,as well as living a vegan lifestyle. She brings positive energy into each class she teaches in hopes that each student leaves with a grateful heart and to feel grounded at the end of each class. She is certified in Vinyasa from beginners to advance.

Chris Olstrom

Chris started practicing Bikram Yoga in early 2007 after years of long distance running left him with horrible back pain and "beaten up" knees. Like most first time students, he walked into that first class not knowing what to expect. After the challenge and exilaration of that very first class, Chris was hooked! It didn't take long for him to start enjoying the healing benefits of his Bikram practice as his pain and stress levels diminished. . His knees and back felt better and he had found a new cardio workout to replace running. Inspired to share what he had discovered with others, he made the decision to become a teacher. In Fall of 2008 he completed the Bikram teacher training program in Acapulco, Mexico and began teaching in studios all over Long Island, queens and NYC. As his own practice grew, so did his desire to explore other styles of yoga. Intrigued with the flowing style of vinyasa, Chris went on to complete a 200 hour vinyasa training in 2013 at LifePower yoga in Syosset, NY and now teaches both styles with his distinct flair. Chris loves nothing more than guiding my students through a challenging asana practice, to build healthy and strong minds and bodies - helping them to lead stronger and healthier lives.

Robin Appel

In 1999, Robin Appel founded the Always-At-Aum Yoga School, an international organization dedicated to empowering students to make healthier decisions by becoming yoga educated. Registered with the Yoga Alliance, her yoga teacher training is taught in 12 studios. Robin has taught at acclaimed institutions such as Kripalu, Omega, Integral Yoga Institute and Yoga Works. For more then 10-years she was a trainer for top-notch kids training programs to include Yoga Ed.™, Newark Yoga Movement and trained the Coordinators for Dr. Oz’s non-profit Health Corps. Regina McGowan

Regina began her journey into yoga through a love for Asana practice and a desire to bring balance to her life.  Her passion and strength, both on the mat and in her life, have bestowed upon her the spiritual name Samarasa, which in Sanskrit means “having equal bliss.”  Regina strives to build confidence in each of her students individually, while inspiring them to develop a physical, mental and spiritual balance that they can bring to their lives as well.  Regina is currently a 500-hr certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and an instructor trainer in the 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training for Always-at-Aum Yoga School. Regina is also an Attorney licensed to practice in New York and California, a Reiki Practitioner and Natural Equestrian.

Jennifer Zeman

Jen intertwines her love for dance, fitness, spirituality and health into her yoga classes.  She started taking yoga classes in 2006 and became an RYT-200 with Always-At-Aum in the Fall of 2016.  She completed her RYT-500 in March of 2019. Jennifer has her Bachelors degree in Health Science and Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. She specializes in pediatrics and physical disabilities as a licensed, registered Occupational Therapist. She dedicates her life to helping others find fulfillment within their daily lives and believes that 'We rise by lifting others.' Jennifer is also certified in teaching children's yoga, stand-up paddle board yoga, yin yoga, prenatal yoga, and hot yoga. She believes in the power of finding the positive in all situations. *'Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.'*

Lori Decapua

Lori DeCapua has been a fitness enthusiast for years. She practiced yoga on and off, but after sustaining a running injury, utilized yoga as a means of healing her mind and body. She wanted to deepen her practice and learn as much as she could. Lori completed her first 200 hour training with Always-at-Aum in 2015, becoming certified in Vinyasa and Hot Yoga. She began teaching immediately, sharing her love and knowledge of yoga with her students. In 2016, she studied with Jimmy Barkan, and received her 200 hour certification in The Barkan Method Hot Yoga. Lori is registered with the Yoga Alliance and continues to take numerous workshops and trainings to bring as much as she can into her classes. Her classes are known to be challenging while inspiring the practitioner to reach their full potential.

Harley Norton

"Harley felt an immediate connection with yoga when she took her first class five years ago. Although she recognized that it was much more challenging than she imagined, physically and mentally, she was drawn to continue on and learn more. She didn’t know why at the time, but she knew this was going to become a regular part of her lifestyle and not just a pastime or hobby.

Harley completed a 200hr intensive training in Tantric Hatha Yoga at Blue Osa in Costa Rica in 2016, but since has taken to Ashtanga yoga as her daily practice. She studies extensively at home and around the world, dedicating her life to being a forever student. Harley knows that there is not one cookie cutter type of yoga because everyone is different in body, mind and spirit. She teaches vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, kids and chair yoga, and her aim is always to make the practice accessible to all levels and types of people. Yoga is for everybody, and she wants you to feel that and believe it!"

Jamie Brown

Jamie has used yoga to guide and help her to understand her meaning of life. Yoga has helped Jamie grow as a person mentally, physically, and spiritually. This practice has opened her mind to perceive her spiritual journey as one with the Divine Spirit. Jamie completed her RYT 200 hour training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center at Paradise Island, Bahamas. Whether her students are beginners or advanced practitioners, Jamie will help assist their growth, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Jamie is honored to be sharing this practice with the community and encourages her students to always practice on and off their mats.

Shannee Gilliland

Starting out as a tiny dancer at age 3 Shanne'e Gilliland began her yoga practice in her preteen years, and took up competition dancing as well as cheerleading. She has well over 20 years training and expierence. She started assisting classes at the age of 5, and traveled with her dance teacher to assist at different preschools. She began teaching her first classes at the age of 13 at pro-am dance studio in Florida. The studio was her life 6 days a week for many years. Shanne'e taught at various studios, from Miami to New York, with a variety of all styles. (tap, ballet, jazz, acrobatics, contemporary, modern, hip-hop, technique, and musical theater.) She then began to study aerial silk performace in 2009, and performed a few shows. She has even picked up firedancing with fire-fans and hand candles and inquired into the world of hooping. She thinks the most important thing in life is to be happy, and live carefree as well as helping others at the same time and staying healthy. Shannee completed her Anti-gravity Fundamentals 1 & 2 training at Emerge Yoga and wellness, In February 2016, and is a level 1  Antigravity Instructor.

Brenna Kepner

Brenna began her yoga practice in college as a way to relieve some stress and get a good sweat on and she quickly fell in love and eventually acquired her 200hr teaching certification. Her son inspires her to live her most authentic life and pursue her passions of teaching yoga in a relatable and fun way. In addition to yoga, Brenna is also a Reiki Healer and is a big believer in energy healing for human and animals alike. Brenna  is a recent RYT-200 Always-at-Aum graduate.

Jude Levy

Jude fell in love with yoga the very first time she practiced over 10 years ago. Over the last 4 years yoga became her everything and she left corporate America to become a certified 500HR RYT with certificates in Kids Yoga, Hot Yoga & Reiki II & II. If there is one thing she wants everyone to know it's ...Yoga is ALWAYS a good idea. There is no where else to find a place to be completely present in the moment while strengthening the mind to relax, the body to be strong and an overall sense of peace.

Nick Viscovich

Nick is a 500hr RYT Vinyasa teacher with additional training in Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Calisthenics, and Reiki healing. Utilizing his method of "Fearless Flow", Nick seeks to give his students a unique sense of serenity within while physically challenging them to grow. Merging the teachings of the traditional Eight Limb Ashtanga Path with his own creative interpretations on the asana practice, one will not only find peace on their mats but also enjoy the process. Nick also specializes in hand balancing and inversions, you're more likely to see him standing on his hands then on his feet!

Danielle Guida

Danielle may practice law by day, but her true passion is the life of yoga. Since the best way of life is all about balance, she carefully infused her spirituality into all that she does. After her first class 6 years ago, her love became so strong that she moved on to begin her yoga teacher training at Sayville Hot Yoga (Now Just Breathe Yoga). Her fusion classes allow all different levels of practitioners explore both vinyasa techniques and bikram style hot yoga.

Lisa King

Lisa found her love for yoga after a difficult period in her life and rehabilitating a running injury.  Once she began, there was no turning back.  Lisa quickly decided that she wanted to share her experience of a more balanced lifestyle, with others.  She received her RYT-200 Certification during the summer of 2013 and has shared her passion ever since.  Lisa is working toward the completion of her ERYT-500 Certification.  Her newest love is for Prenatal Yoga; certified through YogaWomb.   She has been an elementary school teacher on Long Island, for 17 years and now combines her first passion of teaching children with her newest passion of teaching yoga.

Ashley Tague

Ashley came to find the Holistic way of life back in 2014. Although she discovered yoga in 2012, the true benefits of yoga wouldn’t play a part in her life until after she was crippled with chronic depression and anxiety. She had taken every approach to heal herself through using Western Medicine but barely saw any results.  She began to read self-help books, started meditating every day at home and began to practice yoga consistently. Almost immediately Ashley noticed changes within her life. She pursued her passion and got certified in 2016 as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.. She received her 200HR Meditation Certification through Charlie Knoles and The Vedic Meditation Center, 200HR Yoga Certification through the Always-At-Aum school and is a Level 1&2 Reiki Healer. Ashley has since made her transition into a career as a Holistic Wellness Coach who teaches people how to use meditation, yoga and holistic wellness to heal their mind, body, and soul.

Erik Rydout

RYT-220 hour certified in teaching Vinyasa Yoga and Hot Yoga and currently working towards his RYT-300 hour certificate. Erik has a deep connection with his yoga practice, and yoga has a deep connection through Erik.  A life long student and athlete, Erik has backgrounds in Ashtanga Yoga, Reiki levels 1 & 2, Arco Yoga, Martial Arts(Jiu Jitsu), Gymnastics, Slacklining, Surfing, and Rock Climbing. When he’s not practicing physically, he’s reading and performing Physics and Electrical Engineering science. His passion for the seen and unseen, the explainable and the unbelievable continue to fuel his life with energy and balance.

Colleen Rubio

Colleen discovered the art of yoga when she started adding it into her fitness routine about 7 years ago. When she noticed that her practice was bringing balance into her life, yoga quickly took over as her go to and her physical, emotional and spiritual journey on her mat really began. Since then her passion for her practice has grown with each passing day.  Colleen received her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Always-At-Aum Yoga School and is currently working on her 500 hr Certificate. She is also certified to teach Kids Yoga, SUP Yoga and has additional training in Hot Yoga.  As a teacher and a forever student she is humbled every time she gets to share her practice and is able to help others find the possibility for growth and transformation. The most gratifying thing for Colleen is to see students "fall in love" with their practice and learn how to breathe on and off the mat. As a mother of 3 and a freelance bookkeeper she understands the challenge of finding time for yourself but believes in the importance of doing so.

Danielle Doxsee

When Danielle first started her yoga journey at 17 years old she considered it to be one of the many interests she had in her life. At 20 years old, Danielle suffered from a lower back injury which forced her to take a step back from her yoga practice. It was during this time that Danielle realized how much she appreciated her practice, it was a passion; a passion for the ability to move and feel and be so present in one moment. Danielle's experience and certifications have been completed at Sayville Hot Yoga and The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in the Bahamas, where she also recieved her Level I and Level II Thai Yoga Massage certification under the practice of Kam Thye Chow. Taking a class taught by Danielle ensures that you will leave not only smiling and happy, but peaceful and blissful all at the same time. Danielle believes that yoga goes far beyond just a mat inside of a studio, come find out why.

Fitness is my passion. I am a self taught yogi and Barre Fitness fanatic, certified personal trainer and have been working independently for the past 4 years. Being born with a heart defect fitness saved my life. I have found a very rewarding lifestyle and career in my own fitness journey, as well as met some incredible individuals along the way. After taking her first yoga class in college, Kristen immediately fell in love. She began taking regular classes and decided her to pursue her dream of becoming a yoga instructor. Kristen received her 200hr Hot Yoga Certification RYT in 2012.  Kristen aim’s to create a class that is informative, transformative, challenging, supportive, fun and feels good to the body. Her hope is that each individual will take away some new insight about their own body, breath, mind and spirit. Kristen’s classes are inspired by Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Rocket Flow. Christine has been a spiritual intuitive individual for majority of her life. Her passion for yoga has evolved over the years. She became a 500 hour Always-at-Aum graduate teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga and Kids Yoga. Christine’s passion for yoga is constantly evolving and developing over time. Her  favorite part of teaching yoga is instructing her students how to find there inner peace. Christine enjoys challenging each student to grow in there yoga practice. Christine’s yoga practice incorporates affirmations, meditations and instrumental singing bowls to bring inner peace to each individual. When she is not at the yoga studio or continuing her yoga education she loves spending time with her family and traveling.

Katherine Bruno

Katherine is a certified 200H-RYT with over ten years experience within the yoga community.  She began practicing in college and quickly fell in love with yoga as a means to calm the stressors of life.  Through her practice she discovered yoga's many benefits including the physicality as well as the connection between mind and body.  She teaches heated power vinyasa, vinyasa and has taught children's yoga as well.  Katherine's intention is ultimately for students to leave her class feeling both empowered and at peace within their mind, body and spirit.

Victoria Bentanzos

Victoria dabbled in yoga during college and was reintroduced to it in the spring of 2016 to help destress during wedding planning. As obstacles were thrown her way, Victoria began to see the vital importance of yoga and how she could integrate it into her daily life. Victoria graduated from the Always at Aum Yoga School in June 2018 and plans to continue to deepen her practice. Victoria cannot wait to see where this incredible journey takes her!
