Q: I've never taken a yoga class...Is this the right studio for me?
A: Just Breathe Yoga classes are good for all levels. Every class offers variations for begginers.
Q: I've never taken a hot yoga class, what do I need to know?
A: Please come to class 15 min. ahead of time well hydrated and on an empty stomach. We ask that at any time a student needs to take a rest, they do so by laying on the mat until they are ready to join back in. Staying in the room throughout helps keep your heart rate and body temperature at a healthy place. There are water breaks announced through out the class. All you need to know that your breath will get you through and staying safe is our top priority.
Q: Do you have mat, towels, showers, dressing rooms, water available?
A: We offer everything you need to have a safe & enjoyable practice. So if you don't have your own mat or towel we have one for you for rent. We have several dressing rooms and 2 showers so you can have a proper yogi wash off before you head out for your day/evening.
Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: We suggest that you book online, but you are more than welcome to drop in for any of our classes.
Q: Do you have any specials?
A: We offer a 2 week special for new students with unlimited yoga for $40.
Q: What kind of classes do you offer?
