Yoga balances "ha" or sun/stimulating energy with "tha" or moon/calming energy. Hatha also refers to any practice of postures and therefore, all styles of yoga offered are a form of Hatha yoga practice. Open to all levels and recommended for young and old, injured and athletic alike. Great to manage and reduce excessive tension and stress.

  • Free Flow vinyasa is  a style that uses traditional hatha yoga techniques,

  • Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

  • Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.

  • YogAbility Flow is a flow focused on increasing strength and mobility with a strong emphasis on proper alignment and is open to students of all levels. In this series you will focus on postures tailored towards smaller muscle groups, which are completed in combined and isolated movements. This series can be adapted to meet the needs of many individuals with various limitations whether they are temporary or permanent. Students are even welcome to use a chair if needed during this class!
